Sean Dawley
Owner / Tattoo Artist
Sean is a Carson City tattoo artist and teacher with over 27 years of experience as an artist. In 2008 Sean decided it was time to open a studio, and Hooligan's Ink was born. He
started in the San Fransisco Bay Area and studied under tattoo legend Phil Sims from the world famous Pike in Long Beach, Ca.
Lou Wolgast
Tattoo Artist
Lou hails from the East Coast. Has always been an artist, doing graphic design as well as freelance paintings. Studied the art of tattoo under Sean Dawley at Hooligan's Ink and has been
tattooing for 4 years.
